AMTA- IL Board and Committee Meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7:00pm. These meetings last about 1 hour. During these meetings

• Financial Report for the month is given

• Committees give their reports for the month

• Old business is addressed

• New business is discussed

• Board member vote on key items
